Golden Hour Donuts is a company that prides itself on the customer experience, which extends beyond just the quality of donut. I knew that our presence needed to be strong and clean, which included our uniforms. Perfect Imprints gave me something that no other custom merch supplier gave me- confidence that our presence would be correct. Other custom suppliers were limiting me on colors for embroidering, placement of embroidering, styles of aprons (I didn't want the generic over-the-neck apron). When I inquired with Perfect Imprint, I received a response almost instantly. Becky, my rep, was so fast to reply to my questions, was very accommodating with my requests on logo placement, colors, and styles. But she wasn't a "yes" person. She was actually collaborating with me. That proved to me that Perfect Imprint cared about the vision and attention to detail that Golden Hour Donuts required. I could not be more happy with my experience, and will continue working with them from now on!
