I ordered two aprons for my niece and future nephew as engagement gifts to go along with some baking items. They were of such a wonderful quality and looked so nice that I ordered 12 more as Christmas gifts for our family get-together. It was easy and clear how to order personalized gear, the quality of items was fantastic, but most of all it was their customer support and ability to meet unlikely deadlines which swept me off my feet. Less than a week before Christmas, they were able to produce and deliver my 13 various, custom orders. Then, after ordering those I realize I forgot one. I contacted customer support via email as their phones were off the hook, and within 12 hours they responded. There was a little back-and-forth, which I was nervous about as time was getting short. However, they did not let this deter them from reaching the delivery time goal. While the "back-and-forth" was taking longer than expected, they anticipated my needs and had prepared to meet them successfully. This was such a LIFE SAVER! To add to the confusions around the holiday madness, our family had experienced a death that week, and with only 5 days until the holiday there was a lot going on in my mind. Their great service and ability to anticipate ensured timely delivery, and everyone got their gift on Christmas Day regardless of my mind not being completely organized at the time.
