Shipping Information

Shipping Costs
Regular shipping for up to 2 aprons is only $4.95 via USPS. All other shipping costs will vary from order to order and can be previewed in the shopping cart previous to checkout. Charges will vary for orders requiring expedited shipping methods such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and will be quoted on an individual basis. Shipping Times
All of our products can be ordered either blank or individually personalized and during the holiday shopping season (now through Christmas) most orders ship within 1-3 business days. As you can imagine, completing and shipping a personalized order this quickly is no small task. We pride ourselves in being able to offer this to our customers. If you are like us, you hate to see a bold promise, only to find a lot of exceptions and disclaimers in the small print. Please rest assured that we work hard to complete and ship all orders, blank or personalized, within this timeframe (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays on which shipping companies do not operate). After you place your order, if we find that we are not able to ship within 1-3 business days for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. The situations described below are some situations where your order may have a slight delay, which we believe you will find understandable and reasonable.

Please note that the vast majority of orders will ship within the 1-3 business days timeframe.  Before talking about the situations which may cause an order to have a slight delay, please note that most of our orders are for custom aprons with a quantity of between 1 and 5 and the vast majority of these orders will ship within the 1-3 business days.

Possible Exceptions Include:
  • Backordered Products On occassion, there are backordered items from our manufacturer. When this occurs, it's usually just a 2-3 day delay. We will notify you right away and give you the option to wait for the specific item or provide alternatives to switch to a different apron style or color that can be shipped quickly.

  • Screen Printed Orders Because there is quite a bit more involved in the screen printing process, it take s a little more time to process these orders. Normal turnaround time for screen printed orders is about 5-7 business days. Upon submission of your order, we will immediately notify you of the approximate ship date and/or arrange for scheduling to meet your specific needs.

  • Large Quantity Orders While many blank apron orders for large quantities can be shipped right away, that will depend on current availibility from our manufacturer. For large quantities with custom imprinting or embroidery, typical turnaround is 5-7 business days. Upon submission of your order, we will immediately notify you of the approximate ship date and/or arrange for scheduling to meet your specific needs.

  • Some Custom Logo Designs Because there are a few more steps involved in converting custom logos to stitch files and finalizing the artwork and proofs, generally speaking, orders with custom logos will not ship as quickly. However, in many cases, for custom logo orders of only a couple of aprons, it is possible to get these turned around very quickly and in many cases still shipped within 1-3 business days. Upon submission of your order, we will immediately notify you of the approximate ship date and/or arrange for scheduling to meet your specific needs.

  • Orders that need clarification in some manner From time to time, we receive orders with questionable spellings, missing text, or some question on a special instruction. For these orders, we attempt to resolve the issue right away, but if an issue cannot be resolved quickly, it may delay the completion and shipment of that order until the issue is resolved.

  • Unforeseen occurances at our shop, with shipping carriers, or at our manufacturer's facility These are rare and unlikely, but still worth mentioning. There are possibilities of machine failure, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable events that may occur that will cause a delay. When these things happen, we will attempt to notify you right away to inform you of the delay and when you can expect shipment.
Main Shipping Methods
We ship to all locations within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. territories and APO's) and Canada. Shipments outside the U.S. and Canada can be made and shipping quotes will be made on a case by case basis. Please call for rates outside the U.S. or Canada. Shipments are usually shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Shipping times to most locations in the United States are 1 to 5 business days, depending upon your proximity to Green Bay, WI from where we ship. Although we cannot state specific in-transit times for USPS shipments, normal timeframes are between 1-5 business days within the continental states. For UPS shipments, please see the map below to determine your in-transit times. Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email with tracking information including an approximate delivery date.
