Will I receive my order before Christmas? Please note that during the holiday period, production scheduling and order processing tend to differ a bit from our norms. Rest assured that we work extremely hard to get all orders for Christmas out in time to be delivered to you before Christmas. All orders placed through Dec. 17 are scheduled to be delivered to you in time for Christmas, even though this order status system may appear to indicate otherwise.

Normally it takes 3 to 5 business days to complete and ship your custom order. Blank orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally delays may occur due to delays from our vendors, shippers and production department and may cause your order to be completed later than estimated.
