Do you require minimums or can I order just one personalized apron or blank apron?
No, with the exception of Screenprinting (minimum of 12 aprons), we do not require minimums...you can order just 1 apron or 1000's or more. Of course, we do offer generous discounts for higher quantities as indicated on each apron product page, but even if ordering just one apron, our prices are very competitive!

How long does it take for me to receive my apron order?
Most orders are shipped very quickly, usually within 1-3 business days. Once completed and shipped from our facilities in Wisconsin, the time in transit will depend on your location in proximity to Wisconsin (usually 1-4 days). Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days in most cases (again, depending on your location). If you need it quicker than that or by a specific date (even if after these estimates), please indicate that in the special instructions or customer notes in the order options. What shipping method do you use and how long does it take?
Most shipments will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location and proximity to our location (Green Bay, WI). Shipping times to most locations in the United States are 1 to 5 business days. Please see our Shipping Information page for complete details.

Which aprons can be custom embroidered?
Essentially, ALL of our aprons can be personalized with custom embroidery or screenprinting. Most aprons can be digitally printed in the color white. If you have any question about how a particular apron is embroidered or printed, please do not hesitate to use our contact us form to ask.

How big will the lettering be on the apron?
Typically, the lettering is between 1 inch and 1.5 inches high. This is a great size that is very easy to read, even from a distance and fits the apron well proportionately. Keep in mind that the more characters in a line of text, the smaller the lettering will be.

How big is the embroidery area on the apron?
For our bib aprons, we have an area of about 6 inches by 6 inches to work with.

Where will the embroidery be placed on the apron?
For bib aprons, unless you specify otherwise, we will place the embroidery centered on the upper part of the bib area, starting about 3 inches down from the top. On waist aprons, the embroidery is placed centered on the top of the apron, above the pockets.

Can we place the embroidery on the pockets?
Because of the way the aprons need to be hooped to get them on the embroidery machines, we cannot embroider directly on the pockets.

If I have a custom logo, how big will that be embroidered?
This is really determined on a case by case basis. Normally, a custom logo would be embroidered at between 4 and 6 inches wide, but this depends on the logo and your preference. For more information about using a custom logo for embroidery, please visit our custom embroidered aprons page.

Can I get a proof of my actual embroidery before you complete my order?
By default, we do not send proofs for every order. This enables us to keep costs down and speed up the entire turnaround process. You can get a good idea of how your text and images will appear on the apron as far as size, placement and proportions from viewing the various sample images on our website. However, if you would still like a proof of what your specific embroidery will look like, we will be happy to provide one for you. You can indicate the request for a proof in the Special Instructions area of the order form. We will then create a computer mock-up of what the embroidery will look like and email that to you prior to sending your order through production. We do not charge any extra for this, but please note that it may add a little time to the overall turnaround time.

Can you embroider my business logo?
Yes, custom designs can be embroidered after we digitize the design for our embroidery machines. More information on using custom designs can be found here: Custom Embroidered Aprons

Can you get other products for embroidery (shirts, caps, jackets, etc.)...other than the aprons you show on your website?
Yes, we have access to hundreds of vendors and can get just about anything you want. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will find it for you. One good place to start looking at additional products we offer is at this link: Other Products. If you find anything there you are interested in, just let us know and we'll get you a quote for the prices.

Do you have any aprons that can ship right away?
Yes, if you need something right away, we usually have a variety of aprons in stock that can be completed and shipped right away for you. There may be an additional rush charge for this service, but that depends on our current level of production activity (some times during the year are slower than other times).
